When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google password.

Kit Configuration Data

When you create a kit, we store the information you provide (channel name, description, category, mood, etc.) to generate your audio assets.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We receive a payment confirmation and transaction ID from Stripe.

Usage Data

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time spent, and device type. This helps us improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your audio brand kits
• To process payments via Stripe
• To authenticate your account via Google OAuth
• To improve the Service based on usage patterns
• To communicate with you about your orders if needed

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Google — OAuth sign-in and analytics
• Stripe — Payment processing
• ElevenLabs — AI audio generation
• Inngest — Background job processing

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Generated audio files are stored in Supabase Storage. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated kits for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookies) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
