1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SonaKit ("the Service"), operated by Devworks Solutions SRL ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SonaKit is an AI-powered audio branding platform that generates custom audio assets including intro jingles, outro music, sound effects, alert sounds, and voiceover taglines for content creators. Audio is generated using third-party AI models.
3. Accounts
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Payments and Refunds
All kit purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed before checkout. Due to the nature of AI-generated content, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your kit, contact us for assistance.
5. Intellectual Property and License
Upon successful payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated audio assets for personal and commercial purposes, including YouTube, Twitch, podcasts, social media, and advertising. You may not resell the generated assets as standalone audio products or claim them as stock audio.
6. AI-Generated Content
Audio assets are generated using AI models provided by third parties. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from similarity to existing works. Generated audio may contain inaudible C2PA watermarks for provenance tracking as required by applicable regulations.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific kit in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
